Technical Product Manager - Gen AI

Scopely is looking for a Technical Product Manager - AI to join our Gen AI team in Bangalore!

Role Summary

Scopely is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Technical Product Manager (AI Solutions) to lead the development, adoption, and scaling of AI-powered products and solutions that serve a wide range of internal stakeholders across multiple business units.

The role is focused on identifying, building, and scaling AI-driven tools and platforms that improve efficiency, unlock new capabilities, and drive measurable business impact across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of AI, this role requires strong collaboration with engineering, design, production, and business stakeholders across Scopely's global studios, as well as close alignment with Scopely's broader data and platform teams.

1.Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own the Product Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI solutions, from ideation to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Define Vision & Roadmap: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and senior stakeholders.
• Identify High-Impact Opportunities: Work with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI across business units and translate them into product initiatives.
• Co-Own Prioritization: Co-own roadmap and prioritization decisions in collaboration with the Director of AI and Scopely's CTO, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking.

2.Adoption & Impact Delivery

• Drive Adoption: Lead adoption of AI solutions across internal stakeholders and business units.
• Define Success Metrics: Align closely with stakeholders to define success metrics, expected outcomes, and measurable impact per initiative.
• Track and Report: Track and report on product performance, usage, and business outcomes, ensuring solutions deliver tangible efficiency gains, capability uplift, or revenue impact.

3.Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Bridge Technical & Business Teams: Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions, acting as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate Needs into Architecture: Work closely with the GenAI Agentic Engineering Team to translate business and stakeholder needs into technical architecture and product plans.
• Align Across Scopely: Collaborate with other Scopely teams across regions and studios to align on best practices and leverage existing platforms and solutions.

4.Delivery & Execution

• Manage Delivery: Collaborate with Project Management and Lead Engineers to ensure proper backlog prioritization, product specifications, and release planning.
• Drive Agile Process: Drive agile development processes and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Iterate on Feedback: Monitor adoption, performance, and user feedback to continuously improve products.

5.AI Solutions Development

• Build Across the Business: Lead development of AI-enabled tools that support internal workflows across multiple business units, including production, operations, marketing, HR, business development, customer support, and finance.
• Ensure Scalability: Ensure solutions are scalable, usable, and aligned with real business needs.
• Practice Responsible AI: Support responsible AI practices, including governance, transparency, security, and appropriate use.

6.Stakeholder & Change Management

• Drive Alignment: Engage stakeholders across multiple functions to drive alignment and adoption.
• Communicate Clearly: Communicate product vision, updates, and outcomes clearly to leadership and teams.
• Challenge & Recommend: Challenge assumptions and provide structured, well-reasoned recommendations.

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles
• Proven experience owning the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of AI, data-driven products, and platform-based solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
• Experience in gaming, tech, and/or digital product environments
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and tools
• Experience working across multiple business functions
