Мы ищем высококвалифицированного Senior Software Engineer – Payments для проектирования, создания и поддержки ключевых компонентов payment processing platform — как card acquiring, так и alternative payment methods (APM). Вместе с Tech Lead и Product, Finance, Risk вы будете отвечать за критические payment flows по всей экосистеме: от real-time card authorization через clearing, settlement и reconciliation до wallets, bank transfers, local payment methods и других способов оплаты.
Роль подходит engineer, который уверенно работает со сложными high-stakes financial systems, серьёзно относится к data integrity и сочетает техническую глубину с сильной командной работой по всему payments stack.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
Обработка карточных платежей
Реализовывать и поддерживать scalable fault-tolerant services для real-time authorization, batch clearing и settlement workflows.
Создавать интеграции с acquiring banks, card networks Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover, payment gateways, fraud providers и tokenization services.
Реализовывать resilient routing, retry strategies и failover между card network connections.
Обеспечивать idempotency транзакций и корректное state management по всему card payment lifecycle.
Поддерживать 3D Secure 3DS2 и Strong Customer Authentication flows.
Реализовывать card vaulting и tokenization в соответствии с PCI DSS.
Alternative Payment Methods
Создавать интеграции с digital wallets PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay, bank transfers ACH/SEPA/instant bank pay, BNPL, prepaid/voucher и региональными local payment methods.
Проектировать flexible/extensible integration patterns для быстрого подключения новых methods/providers.
Учитывать lifecycle каждого способа оплаты: asynchronous notifications, delayed confirmations, refunds и currency/settlement nuances.
Вместе с Product оценивать и приоритизировать новые APM по market coverage и player demand.
Reconciliation & Financial Integrity
Создавать automated reconciliation pipelines, сопоставляющие authorization, clearing и settlement для card/APM rails.
Сверять internal ledgers с reports acquirers, networks и PSP, находить mismatches, duplicates и missing transactions.
Создавать safeguards против revenue leakage и обеспечивать ledger consistency в масштабе.
Поддерживать audit readiness и internal financial controls.
Reporting, Monitoring & Alerting
Создавать payment reporting по authorization rates, settlement reconciliation, interchange/fees, APM conversion и chargeback/dispute metrics.
Настраивать threshold alerts для drops authorization rate, decline anomalies, settlement mismatches, volume spikes и chargeback ratio changes.
Участвовать во внутренних financial dashboards для cost optimization, risk monitoring и visibility.
Участвовать в on-call и incident response payment-critical systems.
Compliance & Security
Создавать системы в соответствии с PCI DSS, card network regulations, encryption/tokenization standards и regional mandates.
Безопасно обрабатывать sensitive payment data.
Поддерживать audits и financial compliance reviews.
Fraud & Dispute Management
Интегрировать fraud detection и risk scoring для card/APM flows.
Реализовывать chargeback/dispute workflows, evidence submission и representment support.
Создавать safeguards и monitoring fraud patterns.
Engineering Excellence
Писать clean, tested, documented code с фокусом на reliability, observability и correctness.
Активно участвовать в code reviews, technical design и architecture decisions.
Развивать best practices distributed systems, observability, incident response и financial data integrity.
Менторить junior engineers и поддерживать high-trust/high-accountability культуру.…
