Мы ищем Tech Lead, который определит technical direction, architecture и delivery fraud prevention и risk systems Xsolla. Нужны глубокий fintech/payments опыт, понимание Anti-Fraud Systems (AFS) и способность лидировать engineers, создающих high-throughput low-latency decision-critical systems.

Вы будете тесно работать с Product, Data Science, Risk Operations, Compliance и Platform teams над fraud detection, prevention и investigation в глобальном масштабе.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Владеть technical vision и architecture anti-fraud platform/services Xsolla.
• Проектировать scalable resilient systems для real-time transaction risk scoring, rule engines и decision workflows.
• Лидировать architecture decisions по AFS integrations, internal fraud engines и third-party providers.
• Обеспечивать performance, reliability, security и compliance.

Fraud & Fintech Domain Leadership

• Превращать fraud/risk requirements в устойчивые technical solutions.
• С Risk, Payments и Compliance работать над transaction monitoring, chargeback reduction, AML/KYC-adjacent workflows и regulatory/scheme requirements Visa, Mastercard и др.
• Развивать fraud strategies для card-not-present, APM, digital goods и gaming-specific fraud vectors.

Engineering Execution

• Лидировать engineers напрямую или технически между squads.
• Развивать best practices code quality/reviews, observability/alerting, secure development, incident response и root cause analysis.
• Балансировать speed, risk и quality в high-impact domain.

Collaboration & Influence

• Работать с PM, Data Scientists и Operations.
• Менторить senior/mid engineers по технической глубине и domain expertise.
• Быть escalation point для сложных fraud incidents.

КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ И НАВЫКИ

• 8+ лет software engineering, значительная часть в fintech/payments.
• Опыт проектирования/лидерства Anti-Fraud Systems: rule engines, risk scoring pipelines, decision orchestration.
• Сильный backend на Java, Kotlin, Go или аналогах.
• High-volume low-latency distributed systems.
• Глубокое понимание event-driven architecture, APIs/integrations, data stores для real-time decisioning.
• Практический fraud prevention в payment processing, digital commerce/marketplaces, gaming/virtual goods — сильный плюс.
• Понимание fraud patterns, abuse vectors и mitigation.
• Chargebacks/disputes, 3DS, risk exemptions, payment scheme rules и external fraud vendors/tools.
• Способность технически лидировать без формальной власти.
• Сильные решения в ambiguous high-risk domains.
• Умение объяснять сложные technical/fraud concepts нетехническим стейкхолдерам.
• Готовность отвечать за outcomes mission-critical области.
