Context of the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Marketing Tech, Ops & AI Manager to architect, scale, and optimise Thunes' global marketing engine. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will have end-to-end strategic ownership of our global MarTech stack, customer data platform and revenue attribution.

Crucially, you will serve as the department’s AI Champion, embedding artificial intelligence across the board to revolutionise how we plan, research, enrich data, and execute campaigns. You will work as a high-leverage strategic partner to our digital marketing, content, SDR, events, and sales leadership teams worldwide.

• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: Design, test, and implement advanced AI prompts and multi-step automated workflows (using Clay, Zapier, OpenAI APIs) to automate manual research, scale lead generation, and continuously find time-saving efficiencies for the broader marketing team.
• AI-Powered Data Enrichment & Mining: Lead advanced data mining and account matching strategies. Leverage predictive AI and lookalike data models within 6sense and programmatic workflows in Clay to discover, enrich, and segment target segments and Ideal Customer Profiles globally.
• Global SDR Tactical Support: Partner with the SDR Manager to supercharge the outbound engine. Deliver hyper-targeted, AI-enriched account lists and custom personalisation hooks to maximise SDR outreach efficiency and monitor call metrics using Gong AI analytics.
• Inbound Engine Optimisation: Monitor and optimise inbound lead flows and internal tech stack integrations, instantly diagnosing errors or data friction to ensure strict SLA compliance for sales hands-offs. Support our digital marketing campaigns, helping to ensure they are highly effective and delivering on the KPIs targets set.
• Data Analytics & Full-Funnel Revenue Attribution: Own the data connection between marketing activities and revenue. Utilise Dreamdata and Salesforce Sales Cloud to track multi-channel ROI (including digital media, SEO, GEO, content, email and major global events). Lead campaign tracking of all key marketing programmes, leveraging tools like Dreamdata to ensure our tracking methodology and resulting data are accurate for full-funnel reporting. Carry out advanced data analysis using AI, spreadsheets and other tools.
• Lifecycle & Campaign Automation: Own and optimise global email nurture and lifecycle tracks within Salesforce/Pardot, Apollo and Gong, ensuring data quality, progressive scoring, and rigorous compliance routing across our international customer database.
• Cross-Functional & Event Support: Provide technical and data support to the Events team by building targeted list segments, structuring multi-channel pre/post-event email nurtures, and maximising database conversion metrics.
• Internal Comms Architecture: Streamline internal marketing performance reporting, building automated summaries and dashboards to keep global, cross-functional stakeholders updated on key marketing wins and pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, Revenue Ops stakeholders to define and implement MarTech infrastructure with AI mechanisms and capabilities for Global Marketing that enhance lifecycle customer experience, engagements, campaigns, and retention across prediction markets.
