Payoneer is looking for a GTM Engineer to help drive our Outbound engine (Sales Development). This role directly impacts pipeline and revenue. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable working with AI coding, systems, tools, automations, and integrations. Equally important, this is not solely a technical role: we’re looking for a rare blend of a hands-on builder and a strategic, sales-oriented operator — someone with strong sales acumen who recognizes which levers move revenue and can drive them across teams.
Engineer the Outbound operations. Own the automations, integrations, and AI-driven workflows that power outbound sales ops. Use AI coding tools to ship working solutions fast and debug them as needed.
